Your Role: Blockchain Engineer Responsibilities

As a Graduate Blockchain Engineer at OKX, you’ll take ownership of critical components within our platform. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Designing and developing next-generation crypto-native products as part of a global engineering team.

What We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates who are technically strong, intellectually curious, and deeply passionate about blockchain technology. The ideal applicant will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cryptography, Blockchain Technology, Information Technology, Mathematics, or a related field—or equivalent self-taught expertise.
• Familiarity with the theoretical foundations and algorithms behind zero-knowledge proofs, including but not limited to: zkSNARK, zkSTARK, Plonk, Groth16, and Halo2.
• Proficiency in Java or Go, along with experience in Solidity and a solid understanding of Ethereum and other major blockchain networks.
• A strong interest in blockchain technology, coupled with excellent learning agility and analytical thinking.
• The creativity to identify technical gaps and improve workflow efficiency, coverage, and solution quality.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

While not required, these skills will give you an edge:

• Experience with advanced cryptographic techniques such as homomorphic encryption, ring signatures, or threshold signatures.
• Knowledge of major DeFi protocols like MakerDAO, Uniswap, Compound, or Synthetix.
• Understanding of zero-knowledge proof circuit development using C++ or Rust.
